1. When shifting, the clutch must be completely separated and the transmission rod should be geared in place.
2. The transmission rod has two neutral positions: high-grade and low-grade. That is, the 5-6 gap position in the high-grade area and the 3-4 gap position in the low-grade area. When parking, the transmission rod should be placed in the neutral position of the low-grade area.
3. When a vehicle is in low gear (crawling gear) or reverse gear, it should stop first and then gear up to avoid damaging the internal parts of the transmission. When hanging upside-down gear, greater shift force is needed to overcome the resistance of the reverse lock.
4. When shifting from 4 to 5 (or from 5 to 4) gears, it is necessary to stop for a moment consciously in order to use the auxiliary transmission to complete the conversion between high and low gears.
5. When the transmission shifts from the low-grade area to the high-grade area, do not jump the gear operation, otherwise it will affect the service life of the sub-box synchronizer.
6. When a vehicle goes downhill, it is forbidden to change the high and low grade areas.
7. When shifting is prohibited, the middle axle brake is used.
8. Start with 1 or 2 gears according to road conditions
9. Before starting, the parking brake should be removed first. After connecting the brake valve, the vehicle with air-break brake can start with gear only when the air pressure rises to the pressure needed to relieve the brake.
10. When abnormal noises and heavy operation of transmission are found in operation, stop immediately for inspection and continue driving after troubleshooting.
